Terms of Service

These Terms of Service apply to mobile applications published by Dac tech studio (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, accessing, purchasing through, or using one of our apps, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use our apps. If you are below the age at which you can enter a binding agreement in your country, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms for you.

You may use our apps for personal, lawful, and non-commercial purposes unless a specific app clearly states otherwise.

You agree not to:

• misuse, damage, overload, or disrupt our apps or related services;
• copy, resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit our apps without permission;
• reverse engineer, decompile, or bypass technical protections except where applicable law expressly permits it;
• use our apps for illegal, harmful, deceptive, infringing, or abusive activity;
• interfere with ads, analytics, billing, consent, security, or app functionality; or
• impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

Our apps may provide tools, guides, entertainment content, utilities, creative features, or informational content. We try to keep app content useful and accurate, but we do not guarantee that all information is complete, current, suitable, or error-free. You use each app and rely on its content at your own discretion.

A specific app may include additional rules, disclosures, or instructions for a particular feature. Those app-specific terms apply together with these Terms.

Our apps may display advertisements. We do not control and are not responsible for the products, services, claims, availability, or content promoted by third-party advertisers. Your interactions with an advertiser are between you and that advertiser.

Some apps may offer one-time purchases or auto-renewing subscriptions through an app store. The price, billing period, trial or introductory terms, and included benefits shown at the time of purchase form part of these Terms.

• Payment is charged to your app-store account after you confirm a purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date.
• You must manage or cancel subscriptions through the relevant app store. Uninstalling an app does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds and billing disputes are handled under the app store’s policies and applicable consumer law unless we state a more favorable policy.

Our apps may reference or integrate third-party names, games, brands, platforms, websites, services, or content. Unless clearly stated, our apps are independent and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected with any third-party company or brand.

All third-party trademarks, names, logos, and content belong to their respective owners. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies.

The original app design, software, code, text, graphics, logos, and content created by Dac tech studio belong to Dac tech studio or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, distribute, modify, sell, or exploit any part of our apps except as permitted by these Terms or applicable law.

If an app allows you to submit, create, import, edit, save, or share content, you are responsible for that content and must have the rights needed to use it. You must not use illegal, harmful, infringing, deceptive, or abusive content.

You retain the rights you already hold in your original content. A specific app will explain any license needed to host, process, display, or share content through its online features.

We may update, modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our apps at any time. Updates may be required for continued use. Online features may be unavailable because of maintenance, network conditions, provider outages, technical issues, or other circumstances.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our apps are provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that an app will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, compatible with every device, or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable consumer law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dac tech studio is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss, or for loss of data, profits, goodwill, or opportunity arising from your use of our apps. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be excluded or limited.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
