Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to mobile applications published by Dac tech studio (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By using our apps, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
A particular app may provide an additional privacy notice when its features require information or practices not covered here. That additional notice will apply together with this policy.
Information we collect
Our apps may collect or process limited information needed to provide, maintain, improve, secure, and monetize the apps. Depending on the app and its features, this may include:
- App usage information, such as app launches, taps, screens viewed, and feature interactions.
- Device information, such as device model, operating system version, app version, language, country or region setting, and general technical information.
- Diagnostic information, such as crash logs, performance data, error reports, and network status.
- Advertising information, such as advertising identifiers, ad impressions, ad interactions, and consent choices when ads are shown.
- Approximate location, which may be inferred from an IP address for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security, or service operation.
- Purchase information, such as product identifiers and subscription or purchase status when an app offers paid features through an app store.
Unless clearly stated inside a specific app, our apps do not collect government ID numbers, payment card details, phone contacts, SMS messages, precise GPS location, microphone recordings, or camera data. App-store providers process payment details; we do not receive full payment card numbers.
Device permissions and user content
Some apps may request access to device features such as notifications, selected photos, media storage, camera, or microphone when those features are necessary. The permission request and the related feature will explain why access is needed. You can change permissions at any time in your device settings.
If an app allows you to select, create, edit, or save content, that content may be processed on your device or by a service needed to provide the feature. A specific app will disclose material server-side collection or sharing that is not described here.
Advertising
Our apps may display advertisements using Google AdMob or other advertising partners. Advertising partners may collect and use device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP address, app interactions, diagnostic information, and ad interaction data to provide ads, measure performance, prevent fraud, and improve their services.
Where required, we use consent tools to request or manage advertising choices. You may also be able to reset or delete your advertising ID through your device settings.
Google’s data practices are described in the official Google Privacy Policy.
Analytics and diagnostics
We may use analytics, crash reporting, performance monitoring, remote configuration, or notification tools such as Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Firebase Performance Monitoring, Firebase Remote Config, and Firebase Cloud Messaging.
These services help us understand app performance, fix bugs, improve user experience, configure features, and deliver notifications. Learn more from the official Firebase privacy and security information.
How we use information
We use information to:
- operate, maintain, and improve our apps;
- provide app features and remember relevant preferences;
- fix bugs, crashes, performance problems, and technical issues;
- analyze app performance and usage;
- display and measure advertisements;
- process or restore purchases and subscriptions where applicable;
- prevent fraud, abuse, and security issues; and
- comply with legal obligations.
Data security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s privacy
Our apps are not intended to knowingly collect personal information from children without appropriate consent where required. If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us. We will investigate and take appropriate action.
Data retention and deletion
We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, unless a longer period is required or permitted by law. Retention periods used by third-party services are governed by their settings and policies.
You can delete local app data through your device settings or uninstall the app. You can manage app permissions, notification choices, advertising settings, and app-store subscriptions through your device or app-store account.
To request access, correction, or deletion of information associated with you, email dactech.studio@gmail.com. We may need enough information to verify and process your request. Some data managed by advertising, analytics, or app-store providers is subject to those providers’ own processes.
Third-party links and services
Our apps may contain links to third-party websites, services, advertisements, or content. We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties. Please review their policies before providing information to them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date. A specific app may also provide an in-app notice when required.
